Manage a team of drivers and contractors Ensure daily planning of vehicles are executed flawlessly Allocate and manage company resources to optimise utilisation and reduction of operating costs Liaise with customers and suppliers with respect to fulfilling customer's changing needs Attend to accidents/ incidents and conduct safety and performance investigations and reporting Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to Be cost conscious and propose suggestions to improve efficiency of operation Take ownership of other duties assigned from time to time. Requirements: Degree/ Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent Min 1 year of experience in related working experience Familiar with LTA and other local authorities' rules and regulations Familiar Singapore directory infomation Good interpersonal skills, a self-driven individual and has ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders Proficient in the use of MS Office i.e. Excel and Power Point Able to work in a fast-paced environment
