Job Description

• Daily reviews vehicle requests and plans routes efficiently;
• Informs, coordinates and dispatches drivers based on transportation needs;
• Update service vehicle database;
• Records and accommodates drivers and passengers concerns;
• Reviews drivers' logs and approves gas & toll reimbursement requests;
• Performs transportation expenses analysis;
• Performs other tasks assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Office Management or equivalent
• With excellent communication, time management & planning skills;
• Possess analytical and critical-thinking;
• Process improvement-oriented and Results-driven;
• Possesses utmost professionalism and integrity.
• Can work with minimal supervision;
• Fresh graduates with strong leadership skill are welcome to apply
