Transport Coordinator

Job Description
$2500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport vendors on daily delivery plan
- Manage the handover of shipments to vendors
- Ensure the shipments are delivered timely
- Ensure all PODs are returned 100% by next day
- Manage return of products from customers and handover to Warehouse
- Order tracking and POD management – Manual/using TMS
- Vendor Management and Performance tracking/Score card
- Handling of Customer complaints related to delivery/transport issues
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the logistics industry
- Proficient in MS Office Excel and Word
- Good communication skills
