Requirements:

A Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field Bachelor\'s degree.
At least 5 years of experience in transport operations within the maritime industry.
Possessing excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Capable of maintaining composure and making well-informed decisions during high-pressure situations.
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
