About the Role
The Transport Operator role assists the company with all transport-related duties. We are seeking a Transport Operator to join our Midmile Team based in Pasig City. The Transport Operator’s responsibilities include pick up and drop-off of items/orders to and from specified warehouse locations.
What You’ll Do

• 
  
• Safely transport orders (Delivery/Pick-up) to and from specified locations (NCR/Luzon/Visayas/Mindanao) in a timely manner
• Maintaining an organized travel schedule.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of items from the company vehicle
• Adjust travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction
• Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
• Ensure that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.
• Provide accurate time records of the company vehicle’s coming and goings
• Report any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management
• Perform other task as directed by authorized superior

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma is preferred
• Clean driving record
• Valid Driver’s License with 123 Restrictions
• Sound knowledge of road safety regulations
• Working knowledge of local roads and routes
• Effective communication skills
• Hardworking and willing to work overtime
• Honest, Punctual and reliable

• Willing to work at Night and/or Day shift

The QuadX Operations team is composed of Business Operations, Process Excellence, Rider Management, Partner Management, Network Expansion, On-Demand, and Data Strategy. We in the Operations Team always want to deliver the last smile to our customers through excellent execution of pick-ups and deliveries nationwide. We’re a highly passionate, highly driven and highly energized team ready to take on challenges as they arise!
The new configuration and reengineering of Quadx Operations structure and flow coined as Operations 2.0 has been conceptualized to address strategic business focus. This shall be the anchor for every node in our Quadx’s supply chain. Part of the Middle Mile initiatives is the establishment of a Transport & Control Tower that shall oversee overall movement of shipments.To effectively monitor and control the parcel journey in the middle mile operations, from PUP hub handover, XC processing, and DEL hub turnover, ensuring completeness and TAT accomplishment.
