Duties & Responsibilities:
Attend to customers' travel enquires and request through phone calls, emails or walk-ins
Provide recommendation for destination(s), modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations base on customers' requests & interests
Provide information on travel visa & insurance
Prepare and update of promotional & display materials
Liaise with the airlines, overseas ground tours and transportation operators for travel arrangement
Handle travel operations including reservations of tours & hotels, air ticketing, travel coordination and customer support
Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time
Experience & Skill-set required:
Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality studies or relevant Field
Fresh graduates are welcome or possess some experiences in tourism & hospitality sectors
Must be willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office
Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment with minimal supervision and able to handle work pressure
