RGF represents one of the largest travel agencies around the world. They are actively looking to hire a Travel Consultant to join their growing team.
The Responsibilities:
- Attend to enquires through multiple channels (telephone/email/walk-ins)
- Provide recommendation for travellers, based on their requests and interests
- Be involved in preparing of promotions and display materials
- Liaise with relevant parties for travel arrangement
- Mange travel operations including reservations and coordination
- Ad hoc tasks assigned
- Only Singaporeans
- Minimum Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality or relevant
- Without prior experience but with interest in tourism or hospitality are encouraged to apply
- Must be willing to work on shift, weekends, and public holidays
- Customer-oriented and with good interpersonal skill
