Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
  • Cooperate and liaise with colleagues to determine customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs
  • Communicate closely with colleagues to make sure operation runs smoothly
  • Communicate with other counties branches for travel arrangement
  • Any other duties as directed by management

Requirements:
  • Able to speak fluent English and Chinese to communicate effectively with English and Chinese-speaking colleagues and clients
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills
  • Self-motivated, can-do attitude

Work Location: Paya Lebar Square Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri) Annual Leave: 14 days
