To ensure that all commercial / sales opportunities are maximized through analysis of detailed and historical collaboration, developing client's programs / reports, further growing the region, with current and potential customers. AREAS of RESPONSIBILITIES and RELATED ACTIVITIES: Relationship with the customer . Work directly with Key / Top accounts, on a weekly basis to achieve all yearly targets established by Corporate. . Liaise and proactively propose customers new orders placement in line with their sell-thru and inventory levels, in particular when new collections are launched, encourage the customer to place orders regularly on the basis of sales targets placed at the beginning of the year, and based on extensive knowledge of product. . Inform the customer pro-actively about the availability of pieces in order to place new orders with an assortment agreed together with the TR Regional Director. . Liaise with Customer Service in Agordo weekly, understanding all issues around pending shipments, and helping prioritize importance of shipments from a commercial standpoint. . Build and provide tailored net and suggested retail price lists, for each unique account, jointly with the TR Regional Director. . Proactively provide regular analysis / reports to the individual customers about orders and invoices, in order to inform and guide them about their situation and opportunities to grow / accelerate their business . Send customers and team members, invitations for exhibitions or events and organize their visa/accommodation requests for the buying days . Organize appointments and meetings agenda for all the buying sessions, in Miami office and through Red Carpet, prioritizing accounts, and specifics issued related. . Assist in the preparation of Orders/Invoices reports and to define the presentations contents for fairs and meetings. Control Activities . Overview the shipping program together with the Customer Service / Control Dept. . Overview the Order Portfolio together with the Customer Service / Control Dept. . Review the Credit Control weekly reports and assist Credit control with collection of payments . Control the availability files in order to place new orders and guarantee maximum fill rate. . Control the discontinued skus files and inform the customers of them systematically. Relationship with the Travel Retail Regional Director . Support TR Regional Director with reports / analysis needed for forecasting / budget and specific studies. . Support the TR Regional Director in order to recover information that justify a customer extra tolerance request, and to find prices and fulfill the clients price lists (deal with the Pricing Office in Italy.) . Inform the TR Regional Director about open or already paid invoices, and about customers that are blocked for credit. . Supply the TR Regional Director with clients master data (client codes, price lists, payment days and so on) . Travel regularly with TR Regional Director to Top / Key customers, further developing relationships, educating clients on the products, best sellers, merchandising, and competitive actions, as well as to become more familiar with the context and specific nuance of the accounts. Relationship with Marketing team . Work directly with Marketing Manager to build / implement strategic actions,(incentives / price off's / promotions) to grow business and / or offset competitive activities. . Ensure that clients have current / most up to date products, to match current promotional / marketing visuals / activities. . Work in partnership with Marketing Manager to deeply analyze results of activities and refine / improve future marketing promotions. Techinal Skills and Professional Knowledeg: . Excellent communication skills - verbal and written . Ability to manage projects, plan budgets, prioritize multi-tasking and control deadlines . Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet team's targets . Objective-oriented achiever. . Committed team player, with the ability to work with autonomy. . Advanced Microsoft Office skills / SAP Business Object, Content Lab, PLM, DSS, Prima . Adaptable approach with the willingness to learn new skills and/or take on additional responsibilities Candidate Profile: Educated to Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification Excellent written and spoken Italian, English - nice to have Mandarin The candidate should come with a solid experience in Key Account Management in order to be able to cope with clients of 4Mil turnover magnitude in several different geographies. It is preferable if she/he knows already all the main corporate divisions ,as STARS/Digital/Finance/Operations, to ensure a smooth onboarding in the APAC team.
