Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to walk in, phone in, text in and live chat customer
  • Prepare quotation for enquiry including air ticket, tour, cruise and insurance
  • Update itinerary for website tour package, golf package and group travel
  • In charge of operations include booking and confirmation, and issue voucher
  • Assist the golf tour manger in typing golf tour quotation and issue invoices
Experience & Skills:
  • Computer skills for GDS Amadeus, Athena system and Microsoft Office
  • Hands-on experience in worldwide air-ticketing and customized travel
  • Able to speak & understand Mandarin when serving Chinese-speaking customer
