Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to walk in, phone in, text in and live chat customer
- Prepare quotation for enquiry including air ticket, tour, cruise and insurance
- Update itinerary for website tour package, golf package and group travel
- In charge of operations include booking and confirmation, and issue voucher
- Assist the golf tour manger in typing golf tour quotation and issue invoices
- Computer skills for GDS Amadeus, Athena system and Microsoft Office
- Hands-on experience in worldwide air-ticketing and customized travel
- Able to speak & understand Mandarin when serving Chinese-speaking customer
- Positive attitude, have eye for detail
- Good attendance and punctuality at work
- Good written communication skills and result driven
Salary & Incentive: Entry Salary : S$ 2,500 to S$ 3,000 Confirmation Salary : Commensurate with performance
