Primary Responsibilities

Ensure day-to-day smooth operation of Direct Sales FIT reservation
Attend to walk-in passengers for enquires and bookings (if any)
Achieve sales target set by the company
Follow up with sales leads with the aim to convert
Owns and manages all customers\xe2\x80\x99 escalations
Conduct product training to junior staff where necessary.
Build up a regular guest database
Manage a team of customer\xe2\x80\x99s service officers for special project
Handling of various reports related to sales
Representing Resorts World Cruises at roadshows, Travel Fair and other sales events
Manage e-commerce setups, day to day operations including chatbots, pricing, financial aspects, and marketing campaigns.
Any other duties assigned

Secondary Responsibilities

Provide operation support to corporate team e.g conduct site inspection, prepare group quotations and follow up (if any)
Tour leading
