Description

An employer of choice, this regional real estate company is renowned for their innovative product portfolio and progressive talent development practices. To support evolving business needs, they are looking for a high calibre Director to lead their Treasury function in Singapore.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the CFO and managing a team of qualified professionals, you will lead the end-to-end Treasury activities and drive shareholders\xe2\x80\x99 value. you will play an instrumental role in evaluating new capital investments and implementing optimal financial structure to support business growth and expansion. fund-raising and financing initiatives to support business growth and expansion. In addition, you will provide oversight on liquidity and cash flow management, foreign exchange hedging, risk management and banking relationships etc.

Requirements
You are a seasoned Treasury professional with 15+ years of experience. You have a proven track record in evaluating new capital investments and deploying optimal financing structure. To succeed in this role, you would be described as a strategic business partner who thrives in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments.
