The client is a major player in the global entertainment industry, specializing in music production, distribution, and marketing. They boast an extensive catalog of music from various genres and represents some of the most prominent artists and record labels in the world.



Responsible for overseeing security measures for global banking platforms. * Assigned the task of onboarding, central management, and, if necessary, limiting or closing 45 bank platforms and 1 SWIFT connector spanning 220 legal entities in 60 countries.

• Ensuring that the security standards consistently align with the Table of Authorities (TOA) and are approved by authorized signatories.

Actively seeking out new global banking solutions to enhance banking systems and processes.

Designing and configuring the global Bank Account Management (BAM) system, including the creation and documentation of workflows for BAM, onboarding the new system, and deploying it to all 220 legal entities.

Developing, monitoring, and regularly updating a Fraud Awareness e-Learning module available in multiple languages.

Creating and configuring bank-agnostic Payment Formats (XML 20022) and offering technical guidance for various ISO 20022 format projects. This may involve creating XML payment formats from SAP and collaborating with global HR partners.

Handling the technical design and configuration of the global SWIFT-connected platform, FIS \'TRAX,\' in collaboration with P2P Business Process Analysts from \'Global Finance Ops\' and global HR partners. This includes creating and documenting payment workflow processes through TRAX to SWIFTnet.

Collaborating with SAP rollout projects led by the \'Global Finance Operations\' Business Process Analyst (BPA) group.

Serving as a Business Process Analyst for \'Global Finance Operations\' in Banking and Treasury, responsible for designing, creating, and driving solutions for Global Finance Ops.

Sourcing and managing regional revaluation and daily transaction FX rates used in the ERP system SAP.

Sourcing and managing industry-leading market data and trading platforms for Group Treasury, providing FX market data for both Group Treasury and the 220 legal entities.

Handling the technical design configuration of the Treasury Management System (TMS) \'KTP.\'

Managing the technical design and maintenance of the Treasury site on Microsoft SharePoint, designed to disseminate data and information to all 220 legal entities.

Establishing SWIFT connectivity for approximately 550 bank accounts worldwide through the global bank platform FIS \'TRAX.\'

Maintaining and enhancing auditable system-based controls as per the design established by the UMG Treasury Controller.

Designing and maintaining Treasury system \'Process & Control Procedures\' to support UMG Treasury Policies.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 2 year of treasury operations experience in an MNC environment.
• Possesses robust analytical abilities coupled with a proactive and discerning approach, enabling the design of comprehensive end-to-end solutions tailored to banking requirements.
• Demonstrates the capacity to work independently, meeting deadlines for assigned tasks or projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with XML bank file structures and SWIFT-based workflows.
• Proficiency in SAP, FIS TRAX, TIS BAM, and TMS systems.
