From brain research to application, The Brain Academia delivers the most cutting-edge cognitive training to unleash the full learning potential of the brain. We offer scientific brain-training programs for enhancing cognitive skills - underlying learning and processing capabilities - to make learning easier and faster. We help build underlying learning skills and give better tools to help them function far more effectively at school, at work and at play. TBA's scientific assessments will help to identify and recommend suitable programs to enhance the brain's mental strengths, correct its weaknesses and accelerate learning regardless of age and the level of mental skills. TBACenter also works closely with our U.S principals, to regularly revise and update our cognitive training technologies to offer the latest in cognitive development to our clients. We are now looking for experienced tutors to integrate our Brain Training technologies with academic performance. It will be working on the hardware ( Strengthening learning abilities ) ,software ( the subject matters, academic contents and strategies ) and Heartware ( Excited& motivated driven students )
Job Scope : 1. Teaching of English or Mathematics 2. Preparing of diagnostic tests for all levels 3. Preparing of lesson plans/teaching materials 4. Teaching skills to improve academic performance, including study strategies, note-taking skills and approaches to answering test questions 5. Provide academic remediation.
Requirements : 1. NIE Trained teachers preferred 2. Tutors with a track record of tutoring for at least 2 to 3 years of experience 3. Familiar with the MOE school syllabus 4. Willing to teach on Weekends 5. Must have a passion for and enjoys teaching and working with students, a sunshine person. 6. Thorough knowledge of a specific academic subject or expertise in test preparation 7. Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain challenging concepts, provide instructions and deliver feedback 8. Ability to motivate and encourage students to improve their academic performance using effective goal-setting strategies 9. Creativity and flexibility in order to personalize their learning approach for individual students 10. Patience and compassion for students as they develop skills and improve their performance 11. Full Time or Part time available
