We are looking for an experienced
UI/UX Lead
to drive the design direction of our digital products, combining strategic design leadership with hands-on execution. This role requires a strong balance of user research, product strategy, and design excellence to deliver impactful and scalable experiences across multiple product lines.Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design projects
-- from discovery, research, and ideation to prototyping, delivery, and post-launch evaluation.Define and uphold design systems and standards
, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across all products.Shape design strategy and roadmap
in partnership with product, engineering, and business teams to align user goals with business outcomes.Mentor and manage designers
, fostering a collaborative and insight-driven design culture.Conduct and translate research findings
(qualitative & quantitative) into actionable design decisions that improve usability, accessibility, and engagement.Measure and refine UX impact
using data, analytics, and user feedback loops.Requirements
8+ years of experience in
UI/UX, product design, or related roles
, with proven experience leading design teams or initiatives. Strong portfolio demonstratingend-to-end product design
across web and mobile platforms. Expertise indesign systems
,information architecture
, anduser-centered design methodologies
. Proficient with tools such asFigma
,Miro
,Adobe XD
, or equivalent. Experienced inuser research methods
, including usability testing, stakeholder workshops, and journey mapping. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders. * Familiar withAgile/Scrum frameworks
and design processes that support iterative delivery.
