• Underwrite and administer a profitable portfolio of Group, Corporate & Multinational Accident, Travel & Supplementary Health business within AIG\xe2\x80\x99s agreed business plan and underwriting guidelines.
• Engage, develop and grow the broker distribution assigned to achieve both the top and bottom line target for New Business and Renewal Business and maintain client service levels.
• Collaborate closely with and build excellent business relationships with internal stakeholders and key business partners and intermediaries through regular visitations and engagement.
• Involved in projects / regional initiatives including product development.
• Plan and conduct product training to intermediaries to grow and generate sales activities.
• Any other activities and projects assigned by superiors.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to succeed

• Degree or Diploma in related discipline.
• Experience in Group Accident & Health sales/business development/underwriting.
• Candidates with Group Accident & Health underwriting and/or product development experience will have added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of Group Accident & Health product and benefits.
• Proven track record of developing new business and achieving renewal retention targets in Group Accident & Health.
• Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, analytical and multitasking skills.
• Experienced in providing producer training and participate in tender interview.
• Outgoing person who is a strong team player with results driven focus and customer centric mindset.
• Business development and broker management skillset.
• Entrepreneur mentality with the ability to think strategically to develop business.
