It is an exciting time at Logicalis, as we further expand our technology practices and our solution offerings across Asia, focusing on the latest technology and innovation that will bring real value to businesses as they embark on their digital transformation journey We are currently looking for a dynamic and tech savvy UC Engineer to join our Project Implementation Team. This role required the candidate to have positive learning attitude and technical skills in implementing the projects and completing it on time. The candidate will need to stay updated with the industry trends, new product and services, and other information related to the UC system. This role will also be expected to support the pre-sales to do POC to the customers. Develop and maintain user guides to hand over to Post Sales Team. Required Skills: ITE or Diploma in Information Technology or Telecommunications preferred. At least 3-7 years of relevant working experience in UC industry and involved in Project or Delivery of medium to large customer size. At least 3-5 years of experience in each area with Cisco Collaboration Portfolio CCNP certification or equivalent would be preferred. Knowledge on Cisco Collaboration or Contact Center(CUCM, CUC, IM/P, Voice Gateway, CUBE, Expressway, CMS) is preferred. Knowledge on Microsoft Teams' ecosystem (Teams Calling, MTR, Ribbon, Audiocodes,Verint ,) will also be considered. Willing to adapt and learn new skills, including non-technical skills. Willingly to learn, prepare and present Low -Level Design, UAT Plan & support tender for Submission.
