This position will be under Unsecured Loans Team as part of Cards and Personal Loans whose mission is to support and manage the delivery of all channels relating to the Unsecured Loans Product.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall unsecured loans products (Unsecured Loans, Balance Transfer, Transaction EPP, Statement EPP) to ensure leadership and salience of the products vis-a-vis competition and for driving preference through product/process innovation, and enhancement of proposition while ensuring full compliance of product and pricing offers with regulatory and compliance/global policies.
Maintain an effective engagement model and partnership across all sales channels including aligning and optimizing loan sales plan targets and SIPs structure and providing support in tactical sales challenges and campaigns
Work closely with multiple internal / external stakeholders like Sales & Distributions, Technology, Marketing, Digital Banking, Legal, Compliance & Decision Management etc.to drive business growth
Formulate pricing strategies balancing sales volume growth across various loan tenures, while optimizing revenue yield across traditional sales and alternate channels
Lead and implement new revenue and balance growth initiatives including system and process change
Strategically identify segments of customers to formulate strategies to roll out price test offers and universe expansion initiatives optimizing existing and new channel distribution & capabilities
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
Graduate, preferably in business development or sales or marketing or related discipline
Minimum 5 years working experience in the above discipline
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Strong written and oral skills
Strong presentation and report writing skills
Has initiative, is self-motivated and resourceful
Ability to work independently and driven for results
Good analytical, financial skills
