Unsecured Loans Product Manager

Job Description
This is a role in managing the consumer unsecured lending products.
The responsibilities include driving profitability of the portfolio through understanding key indicators and trends, Profit and Loss (P&L) of the products, with monthly reviews of performance.
This role also requires:
- Day-to-day management of the products and execution of campaigns across multiple channels to drive growth and incremental revenue.
- Develop strategic initiatives and management of credit to achieve business goals and increase market share
- Ensure end-to-end channel and process effectiveness through an analytical and innovative approach.
- Close collaborations with internal and external stakeholders including Analytics, Risk, Operations, Sales and Technology
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimal 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in product or portfolio management
- Experience in business analysis capacity with strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Able to engage stakeholders and manage their expectations and deliverables.
- Demonstrate motivation to learn new skills and technologies.
- Self-driven, adaptable and independent.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
