• Start off first year with Recruitment job scopes - mainly recruit for Financial Consultants/ Financial Advisors
• Thereafter, based on his/ her strengths, the candidate will be directed to take on other portfolio such as Product Development, Agency Management or even Compliance/ Risk
• Prefer someone with relevant working experience in Insurance/ FA firms/ Banks
• Street smart, highly result driven
