Job Description





Responsibilities:

  • Handles incoming or outgoing customer calls
  • Handles customer contacts from multiple channels, such as phone, chat, email, etc
  • Update and keep records of all the conversations in proper manner
  • Ensure follow up on cases escalated
  • Handle customer inquiries, customer complaints or support issues.



Requirement:


  • Possess minimum 1 year of working experience in Contact/Call Centre environment preferred
  • Possess excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to draft professional email respond back to customer
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
