Handles customer contacts from multiple channels, such as phone, chat, email, etc
Update and keep records of all the conversations in proper manner
Ensure follow up on cases escalated
Handle customer inquiries, customer complaints or support issues.
Requirement:
Possess minimum 1 year of working experience in Contact/Call Centre environment preferred
Possess excellent Customer Service Skills
Ability to draft professional email respond back to customer
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
