Responsibilities
Financial Accounting and Reporting
Handle month-end closing activities and carry out financial review, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Prepare month-end consolidated accounts
Review audit schedule
Verify Journals entries before posting
Assist in submission of consolidation package to HQ
Audit, Tax and Corp Sec
Liaise with external auditors
Assist in handling internal auditing
Liaise with consultant on special audit
Prepare annual corporate tax computation, including ECI
Review monthly GST submission
Handle Corporate Secretarial matters
Assist in reviewing BPA for Dynamic 365 implementation
Involve in system design/setup discussion and decision making
Streamline finance processes for D365
Handle government survey
Assist in drafting/revising finance SOP
Budget control and approval
Assist in ad hoc projects
Any other tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager/Finance Director
Requirements
Degree in Accountancy/ACCA qualifications
At least 2 years General Ledger experience in corporate MNC/manufacturing and familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365/SAP
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Meticulous and task orientated
Able to work independently and a good team player
Other Information:
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 830am - 530pm
Location: East
Transport provided islandwide
