Responsibilities:
Responsbible for full spectrum of HR function
Handle recruitment function including screening, selecting and shortlisting of suitable candidates
In-charge of on-boarding, orientation and training activities
Develop HR policy and employment handbook
Work closely with Operations Director for employee performance appraisal
Familiar with MOM regulation and Singapore Employment Law
In-charge of payroll processing
Assist in implementing payroll system
Maintain and update employee record
Any hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor in Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience
Familiar with MOM regulations and Singapore Employment Law
