Job Duties

• Report to Head of Department for HR & Admin

• Perform full HR spectrum including development of policies, talent management, negotiation of employee remuneration package, employee relations, etc.

• Coordinate and liaise with hiring units on staffing requirements such as recruitment, terminations, transfers, redeployment, etc.

• Manage group insurance renewal, health screening and employee benefits scheme

• Expats management as Visa application / renewal, accommodation arrangement, etc.

• Guide employees in matters related to career development, employee relations, workplace ethics and performance management

• Supervise and lead an admin staff and a company driver

• Provide admin support to the Managing Director

• Any other administrative duties

• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Undertake any other assignments and duties, which the management may assign from time to time
