Possess strong technical expertise in managing renovation and construction projects from planning to completion. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to define project specifications and requirements. Engage with clients, agents, and business partners to generate new opportunities and maintain relationships. Oversee site activities, including client briefings, site measurements, and monitoring subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery. Prepare tender documents, secure permits/licenses, and manage project documentation to comply with regulatory requirements. Supervise project teams, optimize workflows, monitor progress, and identify improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Architecture, Building, or related discipline. At least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction or renovation industry. Capable of working independently and adapting to a dynamic work environment. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills
