Report to project teams on all aspects of site management, including project progress, monitoring, supervision, and quality control of materials and workmanship. Coordinate and liaise with relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, comply with safety standards, and meet quality requirements. Conduct site inspections and assist in preparing shop drawings for submission and revisions in collaboration with the Drafting Department. Support the Project Manager in planning project schedules, preparing pre-construction and progress reports, and managing QA/QC matters, including documenting defects. Assist in risk assessments, implement risk control measures, and communicate safety and risk protocols to all workers. Collate, prepare, and maintain records for Variation Orders (VOs) and other project-related documentation. Supervise and coordinate construction teams, including sub-contractors and in-house workers, both on-site and in the office, to ensure efficient project operations.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Architecture, Building, or related discipline. At least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction or renovation industry. Possess technical knowledge & experience in handling renovation and construction projects from end-to-end. Strong communication skills
