Following up on inbound leads and conducting demos.
Demonstrating and presenting excellent products knowledge.
Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, meetings, and project tenders.
Winning new clients and managing and growing existing client accounts.
Provide pre and post sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly or annual sales targets.
Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
Requirements:
Executive/Senior Executive Position.
Diploma, degree, or equivalent experience.
Relevant work experience in B2B sales/ experience in POS/Saas industry.
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Proficient in CRM software and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office suite.
Demonstrates proactive approach to problem solving.
Strong customer service and project management skills.
Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
