Create and update job descriptions and specifications.
Analyze job roles to define requirements and objectives.
Prepare and post job ads on relevant platforms, including social media and college job boards.
Source candidates using databases and social media.
Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
Conduct interviews using various selection methods to evaluate candidates efficiently.
Assess candidates\' knowledge, skills, and experience.
Keep up with and apply HR best practices in recruiting.
Prepare and share recruitment reports with the team using designated software.
Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Promote the company as an attractive employer.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years of recruiting experience, either in-house or with a staffing agency.
Bonus: Experience in recruiting across Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan, the Philippines, Europe, India, and the UAE.
Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.).
Experience with selection processes like video and phone interviews and reference checks.
Familiarity with recruiting software and HR systems.
Strong decision-making skills.
