Job Description





Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the profit and loss of service contracts to keep profitability
  • Responsible to schedule and provide technical support to customers and users
  • Review and maintain spare parts required to support operations
  • Report monthly issues and customers feedbacks
  • Able to commit standby to ensure customers needs are met if required

Requirements:
  • Min Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
  • At least 3 -5 years related working experience in Medical / Healthcare / Laboratory industry
  • Experience in handling of Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis products will be advantageous
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to travel if required\xef\xbb\xbf
