Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the profit and loss of service contracts to keep profitability
- Responsible to schedule and provide technical support to customers and users
- Review and maintain spare parts required to support operations
- Report monthly issues and customers feedbacks
- Able to commit standby to ensure customers needs are met if required
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
- At least 3 -5 years related working experience in Medical / Healthcare / Laboratory industry
- Experience in handling of Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis products will be advantageous
- Good communication skills
- Able to travel if required\xef\xbb\xbf
