• 5.5days - 8am - 4:30pm (Mon- Fri)

- 8am - 12pm (Alternate Sat)

• Basic + OT + AWS + VB
• Supervisory experience

Responsibilities:

• Accept and carry out responsibilities in accordance with the company compliance, health, and safety policies.
• Managing and ensuring the fulfillment of Inbound/Outbound/VAS activities based on customer's volume trend, sales campaigns/activities to ensure a well-functioning supply chain to local stores
• Monitoring of volume/activities ensuring facilities and resources are optimized and sufficient to support a consistent and flow-functioning distribution center.
• Close monitoring on day-to-day activities and implementation of proactive measures to raise KPI targets
• Manage team performance and workload to ensure effective and efficient service delivery by the operations team.
• Keeping close contact with and customers, transporter, and suppliers to ensure good service levels, productivity, and optimal customer service
• Ensuring operational plans and forecast are executed promptly.
• Decision making based on analytical data.
• Responsible for meeting KPIs within the agreed lead time.
• Lead, develop and support team members growth and performance by through continuous improvement (Training/Materials) and setting qualities targets.
• Undertake any other activities as directed by immediate superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in logistics or Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Experience in managing and leading a team of 60 - 80 workers
• Highly organised and able to multitask based on the needs in a fast paced environment.
