What You Will Achieve
Your technical skills will help us keep our plants, utility systems, and equipment up and running. Pfizer will rely on you for the maintenance, redesign, and repair of utilities in our plants. In your role, you will undertake the reliability programs of plant utility equipment to conduct equipment inspections, analyzing data, provide recommendations and conduct follow-up monitoring/improvements

How You Will Achieve It
Support Utility Operation to ensure safe, reliable operation with uninterrupted utilities supply to the site.
Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs by generating inspection reports and statistics, inspecting equipment for conformance with operational standards/cGMP on plant utility equipment and systems.
Develop maintenance program to maintain plant utility assets. Review and modify the PM to improve equipment reliability.
Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with the maintenance team/vendors/contractors to ensure smooth utility operation.
Resolve equipment performance issues by facilitating discussions with Utility Operation team to identify/define the problem and root cause, examine alternative solutions, and develop action plans.
Monitor, trend, and analyze energy and water data to improve and optimize usage. Lead/support to initiate, execute site energy and water conservation projects to save cost
Support project construction and commissioning by reviewing new commissioning plans, discussing equipment needs and modifications with contractors, engineers & consultants, and coordinating activities related to utility equipment and systems.
Lead/participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support (IRS/QAR) investigations.
Complete all assigned training on time and also prior to work execution.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing desired results/KPIs.
Ensure that supporting Good Manufacturing Practices (also cGMP) relevant documentation is generated and maintained.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor\'s Degree
Experience in reliability based maintenance practices
Demonstrated ability to write and provide simple and accurate instructions
Aseptic manufacturing experience
Demonstrated computer and technical skills
Effective problem solving capabilities
Excellent interpersonal communication and written skills
Nice-to-Have
Knowledge or experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices {also cGMP} environment
Biopharma and pharmaceutical experience
Knowledge or working experience in a Utility operation ( Chillers, Boilers, Air compressors , Cooling towers & Black utility }
Knowledge or working experience in delta V system(DCS)
Work Location Assignment: On Premise
