Join Villa Finder ! Leading villa distribution company based in Singapore and Bali. Our portfolio of handpicked villas includes over 4,000 properties in Asia, Europe and the Caribbean. Our concierge team are experts at making our guests\xe2\x80\x99 dreams come true, arranging private yoga classes, finding experienced babysitters, booking restaurant reservations, and crafting special occasions.

We are looking for a very unique individual who is comfortable with both Product Management and the UX process.

The role

• Define and manage the product roadmap, including prioritization and trade-offs based on user feedback, data analysis, and business goals.
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Design and improve user interfaces, information architecture, and user flows for the Villa Finder platform.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of new features and functionality.
• Leverage data analysis and insights to identify opportunities for growth and drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and identify opportunities to improve the Villa Finder platform.

• We are looking for a candidate who works independently, is willing to roll up their sleeves and do the hard work themselves without a team or an unlimited budget, and is excited about the opportunity to help us bring Villa Finder to new horizons.
• We would like someone who has a great understanding of the specific needs of our guests: families living in Singapore, Australia, or the United Kingdom. You don\xe2\x80\x99t need to be a parent to understand what it\xe2\x80\x99s like to travel as a family overseas, but you need to see how it\xe2\x80\x99s different from a simple gateway with your better half.

About you

• 5+ years of experience in product development and UX.
• Experience in UI and data science counts as bonus points.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure the effectiveness of your work.
• An experience in travel e-commerce is more relevant than one in hospitality (eg. large hotel company).
• A startup/small business experience (especially as a founder, or early employee) is more relevant than one in a large corporation (including Big tech).
• A B2C experience is more relevant than a B2B one.
