Our client is a top tier global fintech. Owning one of the leading payment-ecommerce platforms, they are rapidly expanding its own channels towards super-app status. Looking to grow their business across South East Asia, they are looking to hire a UX Researcher who will be looking at their customers\' pain points, understanding in payments, e-commerce and internet industries so as to provide a seamless user experience for their large userbase.

Description

You should:

• Have a strong customer-centricity sense
• Be collaborative in working with various internal and external stakeholders to provide a seamless user experience and drive business growth
• Have a strong data-backed insights research methodology, with proven past track record in implementation of new medium to large scale projects
• Have a strong understanding of the market in SEA
• Have strong internet and/or financial products experiences

Profile

The ideal candidate must have the following:

• 5 years+ experience in user research
• Previous experiences in payments or internet industries preferred
• Ability to manage internal stakeholders across seniorities and functions
• Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making, ability to define and manage qualitative and quantitative research and measurement plans
• Hands-on approach with both business and technical team
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English as some of the documentations are written in Mandarin
