UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a

UX/UI Designer with 3+ years of experience

who has a strong understanding of user experience design, visual UI creation, and graphic design fundamentals. The ideal candidate is skilled in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with the ability to design intuitive digital interfaces as well as high-quality marketing visuals. A solid grasp of responsive design and collaboration with development teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Design modern and user-friendly UI for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups based on user and business needs. Develop visually appealing graphics for web, social media, and digital marketing. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and content teams to align visuals with product goals. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions. Maintain consistency through design systems, components, and brand guidelines

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI and graphic design. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Experience designing responsive layouts for web and mobile platforms. Good knowledge of design systems and developer handoff tools. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for design feasibility. Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and graphic design work

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

Experience with animation tools like After Effects or Lottie. Knowledge of front-end concepts and component libraries (e.g., Material UI). Familiarity with Canva or other lightweight design tools for rapid visual creation. Exposure to Agile workflows and collaboration tools like Jira, Slack, and Trello
