Job Responsibilities:
Manageand control Vehicle & Warehouse department and all the duties and responsibility for the Department
Contribute to the Company by effective lean management.
Cooperate with the other departments based on the principle of for the Company, first.
Receive and stores vehicles by monitoring the movement and storage systems.
Maintain documentation, input auction data into system, and keep accurate records of warehouse activities.
Maintain awareness and knowledge of condition and location of stored vehicles.
Oversee, improve and resolve operational problems.
Achieve the objectives of Vehicle & Warehouse department set by the Company
Recommend strategic plans for review and prepare and completes action plans.
Arrange, conduct, and control auction in order to implement quality, and customer-service standards by cooperating with other divisions.
Keep good, clean, and constructive relationship with sellers/buyers all the time.
Educate and train the divisional staffs and other employees in accordance with the managements policy
Cope with any other tasks and works whatever are necessary for the performance of auctions in good manner in accordance with the managements requests.
Such other tasks and duties as may be assigned by Management relative to the position/task of a Vehicle and Warehouse Manager
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must have at least ten (10) years of experience in Automotive industry (Maintenance, Operations, Warehouse)
With experience in same Management capacity
With background in logistics and delivery
Amenable to work onsite in Pasay City
