• To work with vendors and the Rebate Team to ensure correctness of pricing structures, notifying of available vendor promotions, etc.
• Working with the vendors or Product teams to ensure ERP system is up-to-date with the vendor available product ranges.
• Coordinate the setup of new vendor SKU/product in ERP system and the maintenance of the system
• In-charge of new vendor onboarding process and ensure system readiness for transactional purpose
• Working with regional teams to maintain the Product Manager matrix and Vendor Mailing list
• To work with Internal teams in maintaining Supply Chain part numbers
• Assisting Sales Ops or internal teams in resolving system issues that may arise due to SKU setup or Global exclusion rules.
• Undertake any other additional duties as assigned

• Possess at least a tertiary qualification.
• Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in the networking, security or unified communication solutions industry.
• Have effective communication skills both orally and written
• Possess good interpersonal skills to work well with all level of staff
• Be meticulous, attention to detail and follow-up
• Work well within a team environment
• Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage
