To work with vendors and the Rebate Team to ensure correctness of pricing structures, notifying of available vendor promotions, etc.
Working with the vendors or Product teams to ensure ERP system is up-to-date with the vendor available product ranges.
Coordinate the setup of new vendor SKU/product in ERP system and the maintenance of the system
In-charge of new vendor onboarding process and ensure system readiness for transactional purpose
Working with regional teams to maintain the Product Manager matrix and Vendor Mailing list
To work with Internal teams in maintaining Supply Chain part numbers
Assisting Sales Ops or internal teams in resolving system issues that may arise due to SKU setup or Global exclusion rules.
Undertake any other additional duties as assigned
Possess at least a tertiary qualification.
Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in the networking, security or unified communication solutions industry.
Have effective communication skills both orally and written
Possess good interpersonal skills to work well with all level of staff
Be meticulous, attention to detail and follow-up
Work well within a team environment
Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage
Possess at least a tertiary qualification.
