Managing the Vendor Operations Team to ensure all day-to-day requirements are met . Working with vendors and Internal teams to ensure system is always up to date with the latest data and pricing for Managing the Vendor Operations Team to ensure all day-to-day requirements are met . Working with vendors and Internal teams to ensure system is always up to date with the latest data and pricing for the Sales and Operational teams. . Collaborate with Rebates Team to ensure correctness of pricing structures, notifying of available vendor promotions, etc. . Ensure product/technology restrictions are enforced on quotes and orders. . Onboarding of new vendors which will include engaging with the vendors and various internal departments to ensure both parties' requirements are met. Ensure system readiness for transactional purpose with the new vendor. . Maintenance of vendor related information. . Providing support to Sales Operations and Regional teams in resolving system related issues that may arise from material master data. . Taking on vendor related project implementation that will increase efficiency for the business. . Manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships to increase value for customers. . Managing people and process along with maintaining system accuracy and integrity. . Undertake any additional new tasks that requires engagement with vendors and the business on system/business process improvement. POSITION REQUIREMENTS . Experience with SAP . Strong problem solving skills - proven experience in understanding and solving problems . Ability to work independently, with little supervision and high self-motivation and energy levels .
