Manage end-to-end product development with partners
Conduct market research to validate product-market fit and develop business models
Devise and validate go-to-market strategies including sales, marketing and communications for different business ideas
Define key performance indicators, success metrics and milestones
Design and pilot operational processes for market launches
Own and manage core company functions including product, growth, marketing and business development for initial phases of the ventures
Required Experience:
Experience in building and growing new FMCG product(s) from scratch – as a start- up leader, entrepreneur, general manager or product leader
Demonstrated experience in building businesses and leading teams
At least 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields
Experience in product marketing in the FMCG space is a bonus Assessment Criteria
Passion in business creation and entrepreneurship
Capable of multitasking, prioritizing workflow and managing multiple projects wit minimal to moderate direction
Employee may be required to travel in the future
