Your role

• 
  
• Drive fundraising efforts
• Source deals and initiate contact with healthcare start-ups within the APAC region
• Manage all deal execution aspects including, but not limited to risk and market assessment, competitor analysis, due diligence, investment agreements, term sheet development, and negotiation etc.
• Develop and present investment opportunities for consideration to our Investment Committee
• Build solid relationships with founders while working through the investment process and provide mentorship and assistance when required
• Monitor financial/operational progress of assigned portfolio companies, and assist with quarterly reviews with the Leadership Team
• Formulate and execute a profitable exit strategy for all of the investments that are completed

• Proven track record of managing a multimillion dollar venture fund within the APAC region
• Previous experience in investing in healthcare start-ups is essential
• Passion for the start-up scene and/or for venture capital investment
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
• Fluency in another Asian language would be a plus
• Strong financial skills and business acumen
• Ability to provide a quick and sound judgement
