Possess a positive and cheerful personality;
Honest, reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic
Minimum 1 year of store retail experience;
Possess a strong sense of customer service and great interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced busy environment with great multi-tasking skills.
Comfortable interacting and engaging with all guests.
Be readily accessible to guests, assist and advise guests on prize redemptions and game play.
Collect and report guest feedback/reviews.
Responsible for cashiering duties, accurately & responsibly.
Perform regular housekeeping, maintain cleanliness and safety of venue;
Opening and closing duties as scheduled.
Attend to other ad-hoc operations-related duties assigned;
Willing to step in when extra help is needed or when operation needs dictate.
Flexible and adaptable to varied shifts over all opening hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays .
