Oversee and preserve the installations and facilities within the performance venues.
Supervise the functionality of all equipment utilized in the Performing Arts Centre, such as the piano, music stands, conductor\'s stand, sound system, lighting system, and air-conditioning system.
Proficiently operate all equipment present in the Performing Arts Centre.
Maintain the stage in optimal working condition at all times.
Coordinate with internal and external users regarding venue usage, logistics, and other aspects to ensure smooth event execution.
Ensure adherence to the PAC\'s rules and regulations by all users.
Provide training to ushers on guiding the audience through evacuation routes during emergencies.
Conduct equipment operation training sessions for PAC users.
Job Requirements
Certificate in Basic Fire Safety or other related certificate and Certificate in Audio Sound System or equivalent or other related certifications
Management of a performance venue that hosted events by professional performance groups;
Stage, sound and lighting setup for performing arts groups, eg. Symphonic band, Chinese orchestra,
choir, dance etc
Coordination with various performing arts groups.
IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel)
Working hours
Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
One of the days will be a 8.5-Hour work day, inclusive of 30min lunch break
Working locations: School environment
