VFR 3D specialist I



Browzwear is the leading provider of 3D fashion design, development, merchandising, and ecommerce technology solutions. Our Ecommerce Department develops a suite of solutions that leverage 3D garments (developed on the Browzwear platform) to enable a hyper-personalized online apparel shopping experience. Our Ecommerce team works in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, entrepreneurial environment to drive innovative solutions designed to entirely transform the way consumers shop for fashion online. We bring technology solutions from idea, through proof-of-concept, to highly scalable, growth-driving profit centres.

What you will do

The VFR 3D Specialist I will conduct 3D Garment Creation and 3D Garment Quality Assurance (QA) activities related to our Ecommerce Solutions and Services. You will work together collaboratively with other VFR Garment Creation and QA team members to ensure that the 3D Garments required to support our engagements with our clients for Ecommerce Solutions and Services are delivered on time and according to the required quality standards.

• Work collaboratively with our team to build or assist in building or enhancing 3D Garments
• Continuously learn, improve and implement skills in technical design and 3D Garment Creation
• Execute Quality Assurance (QA) tasks to review and analysis 3D Garment images, report bugs and issues, and work with the team to resolve those to ensure highest quality of 3D Garment images to use with VFR product implementations
• Develop and deliver training to client resources as well as internal Browzwear resources that participate in 3D Garment Creation activities
• Develop advanced understanding of our software products, constantly learning and incorporating new features/functions and new products into our daily work and expertise
• Collaborate with our team to share user insights, bugs and feature requests that will influence our products\xe2\x80\x99 future
• Participate in client and internal professional services projects including fabric digitization, 3D styling, image editing, etc.
• Understand our client\'s needs, prepare the right technical service, and deliver engaging experiences
• Other ad-hoc work and projects as required to fulfil the goals of the VFR project

REQUIREMENTS

A successful candidate should have

• Native-level fluency in English
• Garment creation knowledge (Pants, Outerwear, activewear, etc)
• Degree or Diploma in fashion merchandise or design, or relevant qualifications
• Experience with apparel 3D technology
• Willingness to travel

Extra Credit:

• 2nd language proficiency
• Experience with 2D apparel pattern making software
• Experience with 3D design software and production pipeline
• Relevant customer service experience, understanding issue and relationship management
