We are committed to assisting our clients in navigating the complexities of decarbonization, evolving product demands, expectations for renewable and recyclable processes with diverse feedstocks, energy optimization, and nationalization.We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the Energy and Chemical sectors and a good understanding of the Resource sector to join our team. Reporting to the SVP of Business Development APAC, this role will be pivotal in steering our business development efforts across the Asia region.The role will:

  • Sustain and grow Worley\xe2\x80\x99s market share in the region, enhancing profitability and our share in the traditional and sustainable energy industries.
  • Nurture and develop relationships with customers and partners, enhancing our relationship and identifying new opportunities early that we can provide a differentiated offering.
  • Provide sales leadership and coaching across a broad and diverse region, empowering and supporting the development and success of our sales teams in China, India, and South-East Asia.
  • Manage an area within a broader corporate function, acting as trusted advisor and support to Regional Operations, compliance and ethics, and Global strategy teams.
  • Develop major goals to support broad functional objectives.
Location - preferably Singapore or KLResponsibilities
  • Demonstrated leadership aligned with Worley values and behaviors.
  • Build and lead a high-performing diverse sales team to drive regional growth.
  • Gather and analyse markets, competitor and client intelligence to develop strong relationships and winning value propositions while keeping abreast of rapidly changing markets.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Leadership and Operations to enhance organizational capabilities and processes.
  • Focus the sales team on top prospects by collaborating with regional and operational leaders applying Worley account-based methodology.
  • Develop, Monitor and improve regional sales plans providing analysis and guidance to teams and location leadership. with focus on growth and sustaining high quality margins in alignment with business strategy.
  • Implement, train and coach sales teams on Relationship-Based Sales processes across the region.
  • Align regional sales efforts with global initiatives and performance standards.
  • Strengthen customer relationships to provide higher value and reduce costs through excellence.
  • Compliance with Worley sales process and utilization of key sales tools, leveraging best practices and supporting location teams to develop winning proposals and sales strategies.
