Job Description
We are partnering with a regional agriculture business in search for a Vice President, HR to be a part of the team.

Responsibilities
- Helping senior leaders identify and address people related issues
- Building organisational capabilities by means of manpower planning, strategy alignment and business cost optimisation with regards to manpower costs
- Partnering with business leaders to identify and develop high performing staff
- Facilitating discussions to align the leadership\xe2\x80\x99s strategy and direction
- Liaising with business leaders to formulate KPIs and assessments
- Being the frontrunner for special HR projects eg annual HR Audit and compliance exercise
- Minimum 10 years of relevant strategic HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity
- Ideally have prior exposure in the FMCG/food industry
