Job Description

• Develop and communicate the strategic direction for the organisation\'s Operations function.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve company goals while providing expert guidance on operations projects and systems.
• Drive exceptional customer service and establish metrics to measure success.
• Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve efficiency in the client on-boarding process.
• Oversee and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training plans for new team members to ensure consistency in client interactions and management.
• Work closely with Country Managers to achieve Operations Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and mentor the team.
• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure effective collaboration between teams and departments.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate operations processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
