About Our Client
Our client is a leading bank in the South East Asia region with a wide range of financial products and services to offer. In the last 2 years, the organisation has been going through various HR transformation with a new HR leader on-board and they have been making significant changes to drive efficiency on the ways of working of the HR function. They have also been strengthening their brand in the Singapore market and increasing its market share. This Performance & Rewards opportunity will allow you to work closely with the Head of HR in driving innovative rewards initiative to support its business plans in years to come.


The role will be reporting to the Head of HR Operations and be responsible for the following:

  • Work directly with the Head of HR, Singapore to design, develop and implement performance and rewards strategy that would support the business plans
  • Partner closely with the Singapore business leaders and HR Business Partners in identifying their business objectives and how would the performance & rewards strategy be align
  • Educating the business in various change initiatives, getting the business buy-in and ensure that new initiatives are being
  • Be the custodian to manage the pay structure across the bank to ensure pay equity
  • Assist the Head of HR in any OD projects i.e. job evaluation, manpower costing
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant would have:
  • At least 8 years of working experience in the capacity of performance management, total rewards or similar roles
  • Candidates who have been in consulting or financial services industry would be an added advantage
  • Strong communication and business partnering skills to lead change initiatives across the bank
