• Support the development and execution of a robust product business plan.
• Enhance current customer experience and outcomes whilst achieving required revenue and return targets.
• Work with relationship managers to establish new customer relationships that drive and enable growth of the portfolio.
• Provide input into and lead product development within MUFG risk tolerance levels.

Job Responsibilities:StrategicManage and expand the Securitization business, with accountability for financial, credit and portfolio performance within the Securitization portfolio.FinancialAchieve profit and KPI target whilst managing risk - communicate directly with external parties including customers, RMs, and other parties to drive transactions from start to finish.CustomerEnhance collaboration with RMs and strengthen relationship with clients as PO.PeopleBuild and influence relevant stakeholders (both internal and external). Train and strengthen the capability of younger team members to build up the team capability.Other / ControlEnsure team\xe2\x80\x99s compliance with all regulations and guidelines.Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
• Minimum 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Banking
• Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Securitization
• Experience in Securitization Transaction Structuring and Management
• MS Office Skills with Key Capabilities in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Attention to Detail
• Resilience
