Create and implement a sound business plan that includes specific strategies to meet short and long-term growth and profit goals when looking for acquisition or investment opportunities. Manage complete investment transactions, including deal initiation, due diligence, deal analysis, deal structuring, financial modeling, deal negotiation, deal execution, and project management. Preparing board materials, reports, and management approvals. Requirements A degree in engineering, architecture, construction, real estate, business, finance, or a closely related field. Working in Singapore and/or investing in regional real estate for at least 10 to 15 years. It's imperative to be resourceful, analytically astute, and skilled in financial modeling. An advantage is having knowledge of financial products, business development and/or development management experience, and investment experience in industrial properties and data centers. Outstanding leadership abilities, high levels of initiative, sound business and financial judgment, and a high degree of independence when working in a hectic environment.
