Manage and document the change and analysis on any RegCap and Liquidity requirement. Must have regulatory change requirement based on Singapore MAS and AeJ regions. Translate to technology & functional requirement and applying SDLC and Agile methodology in delivery. Discuss change impact and effort estimation and its prioritization among different regions and competing priorities. Collaborate with Business User, Subject Matter Experts and IT teams to deliver RegCap and Liquidity solution to AeJ regional users. Regular discussion with Finance Stakeholder and report task progress. Work with L1, L2 and L3 Production Support teams to help maintain BAU in the region. Job Requirements: Experience of various product regulatory requirements especially on Wealth products, e.g. Prime Service, Derivative, Bond and Repo, F&O, FX, Cash products like Bond, Letter of Credit, Hedge Fund. Well known on bank liquidity and how its impact to Treasury funding and reporting process. Knowledge of Regulatory, RegCap and Liquidity in India, Taiwan, Korea and Hong Kong and Singapore. Well known on Capital Adequate Ratio and Liquidity concept and how it impacts to Trading activities and Treasury. Well known on how Secured and Unsecured product impact to Liquidity model. Familiarize with Hadoop, Denodo, Apache Spark and MS SQL. Experience on Axiom Capital Module and knowledge of its vendor. Well known on Data transformation process like data mapping and ETL. High attention to detail. Data analytic skill. Experience to pitch and report to senior management. At least 10 years investment banking Back Office Project experience. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or finance-related.
